LARS charity provides talented up and coming singers and instrumentalists with the opportunities for bursaries, staging, helping to raise their profile and providing mentoring in a safe, trusted, honest and nurturing partnership.
LARS is managed by a board of trustees which offer a wide range of experience.
To become a member of LARS there is a strict selection and audition process. Our members are aged between 14 and 25 which span across South Wales. LARS members are expected to adhere to a Code of Conduct which includes working hard in developing their musical skills, behaving in a way that reflects the ambitions of both themselves and LARS and communicating in a professional and appropriate manner.
